With the Classificator, two features are combined in one machine; While classifying grains according to their specific gravity, the stone inside the grain is also separated at the same time. In combined separation, low density grain and stone separation process is carried out in a compact body using minimum space.

The grain is spread regularly and evenly from the inlet chamber to the sieve, and in the sieving section, air flow passes from bottom to top inside the product and suction is made.

Classification process is provided due to the difference in specific gravity of the grain with air flow. The material with a higher specific gravity from the sieve in the second region falls to the sieve below and stone separation process is carried out here. 

With the classification of grain, the workload on the stone separator is significantly reduced.

Thanks to the settings on the sieves, the size of the product to be classified is easily determined.
