The elevator has a structure that draws attention with its high performance and easy maintenance features. The upper head is designed in two parts for easy disassembly and assembly, and all connections are bolted. In this way, when maintenance and repair are required, the parts can be disassembled quickly and effortlessly. The upper head contains the pulley, pulley shaft, bearings and motor stand; product output is also provided from this section.
The lower header includes the pulley, pulley shaft and bearings, as well as product inlet and cleaning covers. In addition, the belt tensioning system is also positioned in the lower header. This system provides long-lasting and efficient use by keeping the tension of the belts at an ideal level.
Elevator belts are made of black and gray PVC material, and different types of belt options are offered depending on the characteristics of the product to be transported. In order to provide the most suitable solution for the transportation of the product, buckets are manufactured by pressing or welding according to their dimensions.
Elevator pipes are produced from durable and high quality 1.5 mm – 2.5 mm thick sheet metal using the press method. A pipe is detachable for connecting the bucket, allowing for quick and practical replacement when necessary.
A geared motor stand is used in accordance with the capacity and height of the elevator. The geared motor is connected to the elevator with a chain coupling, and optionally there are non-reversible bearing or braked type geared motor options.
